Warranty on car seat covers
Our products are made to last and we stand behind each of them. The Petit Coulou warranty only covers manufacturing defects for one year (1 year) following the date of purchase. Any damages resulting from misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear, including those caused by airlines or other carriers are not covered by our warranty.
Defects may include:
- Broken zipper or hardware
- Sewing Problems
- Rigid structure problems
- Broken rubber bands
Accepted warranty claims are eligible for a new product of equal value or repair.
Final sale products are sold as is and are not covered by the Petit Coulou warranty.
To make a claim, you must submit your proof of purchase, two (2) photos of your Petit Coulou as well as your contact details (name, address, telephone number) to: services@petitcoulou.com or contact customer service directly at 450-433-0277 or toll-free at 1-866-984-4888.

Warranty claims are evaluated at the sole discretion of Petit Coulou and we reserve the right to refuse any claim deemed not to comply with the above guidelines. Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed.
Please note that our offices are closed during the holiday period. All claim requests received on or after December 20 will be processed after January 20. Thank you for your understanding.
