Warranty on car seat covers

Our products are made to last and we stand behind each of them. The Petit Coulou warranty only covers manufacturing defects for one year (1 year) following the date of purchase. Any damages resulting from misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear, including those caused by airlines or other carriers are not covered by our warranty. Please note that trims are not covered under the warranty

Defects may include:

• Broken zipper or hardware
• Sewing Problems
• Rigid structure problems
• Broken elastic bands

Accepted warranty claims are eligible for repair or a replacement product of equal value if the product cannot be repaired.

Final sale products are sold as is and are not covered by the Petit Coulou warranty.

Warranty claims are evaluated at the sole discretion of Petit Coulou and we reserve the right to refuse any claim deemed not to comply with the above guidelines. Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed.
