Return and refund policy

At Petit Coulou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren’t, you can exchange or return your item within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.

Return or exchange process

For any return or exchange requests via mail, please contact our customer service at services@petitcoulou.com, with your proof of purchase. We will send you the instructions and details to proceed with shipping your return.

Please note that to receive a full refund, the returned product(s) must be unused and sent back in their original packaging with all tags intact.

The return package must be dropped off at the service point according to the carrier listed on the shipping label provided.

Important details:

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will not be refunded if you choose a return method other than the one we provide.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or defective Items

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at services@petitcoulou.com. If the item in question is a damaged cover, we recommend first consulting our Warranty page before reaching out to us.

Exchange

  • If the requested item for exchange is available, it will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will credit the difference to the original payment method.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, we will ask you to pay the difference.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the initial order.

Note: The refunded amount excludes shipping, handling fees, and applicable taxes.

Steps for a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to services@petitcoulou.com, stating your order number and the item you wish to return.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required.
  3. Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging and pack it securely. Additional fees may apply if the item is not properly packaged.
